Bierschwale Land Company is a natural outgrowth of Bierschwale Appraisals, which has served the Texas Hill Country and other areas of the state since 1980. After success as a Buyer-Agent, representing parties attempting to acquire property in the area, Paul Bierschwale expanded to Real Estate Brokerage. In 2004, his son, Aaron joined the firm and in 2006, the company was fortunate to be joined by Scott Phillips, a lifelong friend and classmate who has been extremely successful in high school athletics in Texas.
